Hilton Harriers Football Club are looking to recruit for a Reserve team football Manager for the 2018/2019 season.

Hilton Harriers are looking to recruit a Reserve team manager for the 2018/2019 season. At present the team play in the Staffordshire County Senior League 2nd Division and are positioned mid table. We are considering moving into the CML for next season dependant on recruiting the right team manager.
Hilton Harriers field two senior football teams, the other being the first team who play in the CML South Division and are correctly in position 6th in the table both clubs are affiliated to the Derbyshire FA. Both teams regularly train on a Wednesday 8pm-9pm at Etwall Leisure facility which have a 3G pitch.
Hilton Harriers is a community based football club established in 1992 and we have grown from one team to this season fielding 32 teams. The teams range from the age 5 to right through to a Veterans with over 400 boys and girls and men involved in playing in these categories. The club is one of the largest clubs in the East Midlands and we have won numerous awards including Runners Up in the FA National Community Club 2013, FA Charter Standard Community club for the East Midlands, Derbyshire Sports Club of the year and 4 times winner of South Derbyshire Sports Club of the Year,
The club is solely run by volunteers who give their time to make grassroots football accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
I’m proud to say Hilton Harriers Seniors football club operates very professionally and we have a fully supported committee which includes Secretary, Treasurer and a fundraising team. The players are represented by a player from each team who communicate between the players and the committee, any issues that they wish to be discussed or addressed. We also use these player representatives to inform the team of what’s happening within the club. We have 4 coaches to help and assist the managers who participate on the committee. The players support the club and attend various events that are held to raise money or just regularly socialise after each game.
We are supported well by various sponsors of the club which you’ll see advertised around the pitch and within the website pages. (www.hiltonharriers.co.uk) Our shirt sponsors are OVISO who have donated money to the club back in January 2017 and will support our club until the end of 2019 season.
One of our other sponsors is the Dragon at Willington who are supporting us by producing loyalty cards where all players will receive a discount when using one of their public House including The Boot at Repton and Harpours at Melbourne. They have agreed to donate a sum of money from those takings over the year.

Our plans for the forthcoming years is quite simple we’ll work hard to progress the football club in the direction and status it deserves by recruiting within the club from the younger age groups,
promote the football club within our community, and by improving the facility and ground with the help of volunteers within the Football club and support of local businesses.
We have great sponsors who support our football club today and in the future. Also to our spectators and volunteers who fantastically support in all weathers and prepare and serve food after each home match for the opposition and the officials to enjoy our food and hospitality.
If this position interests, you and require more information or to meet me to discuss please contact me on 07534969586 or email me on agsaville@googlemail.com
