Extra division for the CMFL.

By Richard Lane

The Central Midlands Football League will, in the coming season, have an extra division.

The structure will be as follows.

Premier North - Premier South

Division One North – Division One Central – Division One South

This gives less travelling and more local derbies for all teams in Division One. All three leagues at Division One level will play at the same level.

The proposed constitution for Division One will be sent out to all clubs with information relating to the upcoming AGM, the date of which will be announced after ratification of the proposed constitution by the FA on July 14th.

This is an exciting move for The Central Midlands Football League and we hope it will give further opportunity for clubs to access The National League System through our structure.
